It should come as no surprise to y’all that I love color. I love wearing color! I’ve always been known for wearing bright colors – they just make me happy! BUT, that doesn’t mean I don’t still wear neutrals. In fact, I’ve been drawn A LOT lately to wearing lots of neutrals, but not straying away from “my roots” by adding in splashes of color here and there.
This has actually been one of my FAVORITE outfits recently. A comfy pair of white boyfriend jeans, a chic black tank (got this one in my Fix last month an I’ve been IN LOVE ever since), and a denim jacket to bring it all together. Then, to make the outfit “POP” – I throw my stuff in this gorgeous, handmade purple tote from ABAN, my favorite Root Collective peep toe flats, my favorite Nickel and Suede earrings, and then a bright pinky-purpley lip color… and BOOM. You got yourself an OUTFIT.
RIGHT? Right.

I am fairly new to your blog but I find myself getting excited whenever I see your style posts in my feed and I think it is because we are a very close match in aesthetic preferences. I feel like my tastes are in the extremes. I love clean minimal neutrals and I love bright bright colors….it is the stuff in between that I don’t like as much. Thank you for writing a lovely blog, those pink earrings are giving me life!!! (and I’ve never used that phrase before haha)
