I am traveling to the Lonestar state this week – I’m in Dallas for the Young Living convention! I am so excited and have been looking forward to this trip for months. I’m surely going to miss my sweet baby and husband, but I know it is going to be a really fun week!

Anyway, I always love looking for cute, easy, comfortable, and stylish travel outfit ideas. I totally used to be the girl who would wear pajamas anytime I flew… but I know that I’m probably a little past the age where that is socially acceptable. 🙂

My favorite travel outfits of late have been a basic tee, some distressed denim (especially boyfriend jeans), easy slip on sandals or shoes for getting through security quickly, and a statement necklace to spice up the look.

This particular outfit has been on repeat a ton this summer! I am slightly obsessed with this top from Elegantees – I wear it multiple times a week. Haha! No joke.

  26. This is such a great travel look–it’s basics, but taken up a few notches. I had a peplum tee that just didn’t quite work for me and I haven’t tried one since, but this is making me want to give one a try again! Have fun in Texas!

  27. Molly: Hope you packed lightweight clothes as we are in the upper 90’s and triple digits during the day here in Texas. Love your outfit and it will help you stay cool in the Texas heat. Have fun in Dallas and if you get a chance try the restaurant Rise No. 1. They specialize in souffles and have an out of this world soup known as Marshmallow Soup (it’s not what you think)!
