BEAUTY | My Go-To Spring Lip Color

At one of the conferences I was at last week, the ever-so-fabulous Katelyn James said, “If you’ve received more than one email or you’re answering the same question multiple times via Instagram or Twitter or Facebook, etc. It needs to be a blog post.” LOVED that! And so true! If more than one person is asking the same question (even if it seems like a silly or basic question), it might make a great blog post!

Well, I’ve gotten a number of questions from some of you lately on the lip color I’ve been wearing in some photos. I didn’t really think it was anything super revolutionary, but a lot of you have seemed to like it and have been wondering what it is. SO, I thought it might be fun to do a blog post on it! I mean, why not?!

It’s using ALL drug store products and I think it’s just one of those fun, pretty, girly pinky-purple lip color combinations that is just perfect for spring!

FIRST, I just line and fill in my lips with the Colour Riche lip liner.

SECOND, I apply the Color Whisper lipstick. I LOVE this lipstick because it’s not too bold, it goes on REALLY smooth, and it’s really moisturizing. I can’t stand lipsticks that dry your lips out.

And LAST, I top it off with the Color Elixir gloss / balm. I LOVE this purple color. 

And voila! That’s it.
