Stillman, Party of Four

A few weeks ago, we had the pleasure of Becky from Rebecca Keller Photography come to our home to take photos for our newborn and family session with Amos! He was only a week old, I was only a week post-op, and we were all running on very, very little sleep… but Becky knocked it out of the park. She made us feel so comfortable, so relaxed, and like we were professionals in front of the camera. We never felt rushed, we never felt like we had to be “totally on” – everything was just so laid back. It was amazing.

(Becky is the also the one that did Lilly’s Santa photos this year AND our birth photos! Can you tell we just adore her?)

I was honestly kind of nervous about having our photos taken – mostly because I was still not really able to move or get around comfortably. I knew the kids and John would be fine, but getting myself ready and prepped was another story. Haha! But seriously… Becky got to our house and we were still trying to feed breakfast to Lilly and we still hadn’t really picked out what we were going to wear and Becky was totally like, “Girl! Don’t worry! I’m in no rush. Just relax and I’ve got this.” I felt so relieved!

I also was just so excited to have these photos done because, well, we never had professional photos taken of our who family (even with just Lilly…), and to now have photos of our whole family with sweet baby Amos? YAY!! I couldn’t wait!

When Becky sent the finished images to me, my jaw dropped. She really captured our family in such a special way at this special time for us and we can’t thank her enough.

I wanted to share the images with y’all! You’ll also see sort of a sneak peek at Amos’s nursery. The nursery isn’t 100% done yet which is why I haven’t shared the reveal… but I will soon!!
