Come See Me at The Southern Women’s Show 2016 & Link-Up
I am so excited about this, you guys! If you remember last year, I was a “special guest” at the 2015 Southern Women’s Show in Raleigh, North Carolina where I put together and hosted a fashion show. The show was a HUGE hit and the feedback from show attendees and vendors was so great that they asked me back for a second year in a row! I was honored that they’d even ask me in the first place, and to ask me back again this year, I was pumped.
The fashion show this year is going to be AWESOME. Last year’s show was called “Dressing for You” and was all about how to dress for your age and body type… it was all about being confident in the skin you’re in!
This year’s show is called “Dressing with Purpose.” It is a little similar in that I’m going to be featuring models of all ages, races, shapes, and sizes… but the focus is going to be on being purposeful in what we wear and how we fill our closets. I will be focusing on utilizing pieces we already have in our closet, in addition to highlighting fair trade, made in the USA, and other ethical fashion brands. I seriously can’t wait! This is something I am SO passionate about and this year’s show has been a labor of love with planning and all that for over six months. I can’t believe this week is HERE!
I’m even MORE pumped because our show is right after the celebrity guest – tWitch Boss from Ellen and So You Think You Can Dance!
So, if you are in North Carolina or looking to come check out the 2016 Southern Women’s Show, make sure to come see me!
