I don’t think it should surprise you when I say this… but I LOVE today’s #FashionForGood Friday company. I mean… I love them. Now, of course I wouldn’t feature a company I didn’t love… but you get what I’m saying, right?

Right. Moving on.

I first learned about Sudara a few years ago and was immediately impressed with so much about them. The heart behind the company, the beautiful products, and their vision for doing their part to end modern-day slavery.

Sudara’s mantra is simple: No human being should be owned by anyone, anywhere, for any reason- ever. It really is that simple.

I couldn’t agree more.

Sudara is extremely passionate about India, where some of the highest numbers of slavery and sex-trafficking are reported. The problem is rampant there. However, Sudara has seen firsthand the impact that safe, sustainable jobs, a living wage, and hope can have on these women. It not only gets them out of the cycle of trafficking… it keeps them out.

And let me say, from firsthand experience, they are so insanely comfortable. SO. COMFORTABLE. I basically live in these. Even my husband says how much he loves when I wear them!

The name, SUDARA comes from the Sanskrit word “Sundara” which means beautiful. I love that.
