I know that “Mostest Favoriteist Shortsest Everist” aren’t actually words. Don’t send me an email. I just start to ramble and make up words and add unnecessary suffixes to the ends of words when I get excited about something. You may (or may not) remember about a month (or so) ago I shared a post styling my favorite shorts.
Well, these shorts may give those shorts a run for their money.
Like I often wish there were such a thing as blog smell-a-vision, in this case, I wish there were such a thing as “touch-a-vision” – in the least creepy way possible. I mean, I just wish you could feel the material on these shorts. They are like silk, but not silk. It’s this lightweight, INCREDIBLY SOFT rayon(?) that is so, so, stretchy. Plus, they’re by Threads 4 Thought – one of my favorite fair trade brands!
And, while you can’t see very well, this pair has this really cute little asymmetrical detail on the front with a little tie / bow thing. Not taebo, but a tie bow.
I’m cracking myself up right now. It’s late. I should quit while I’m ahead.
In any event… I kid you not, these shorts are amazing and so perfect for spring and summer because they’re cute, lightweight, stretchy (SO STRETCHY), and they don’t hug or cling in awkward places.
They’ve been a favorite of mine lately for running errands and chasing kiddos and doing all the things.
What do you think? Do you have a pair of go-to-comfy shorts? What summer trends or pieces are you loving right now?
These are so cute!
