It is officially September which means FOOTBALL SEASON IS BACK, BABY! Y’all know how much of a devoted football fan I am and so this time of year is. my. JAM. BUT don’t fret, if you’re not a football fan and you’re just a fan of fashion, then this post is for you, too!
Well, in honor of college football starting up this week and a BIG game this Saturday, I wanted to do a “game day” inspired fashion post for my favorite college team: the Tar Heels of UNC Chapel Hill!
I wanted to show a way you could style an outfit for a game without actually wearing a logo or branded team shirt. Carolina blue is, naturally, a gorgeous color… so this was super fun for me!
I absolutely LOVE this LulaRoe classic tee, it’s soooooooo comfortable, very lightweight, and the color is basically SPOT ON Carolina blue. When my friend Meghan’s LulaRoe shop had it in stock, I snatched it up right away!
Then I had to wear my favorite Nickel and Suede “game day” earrings in sky blue along with my favorite light blue striped Millie’s from The Root Collective!
Lastly, because when you have two kids you have to pack everything but the kitchen sink to go next door, this backpack from Herschel Supply Co. is PERRRRFECT! I lurvvvvvve it. 
Well I’m more of an NFL fan than college (crazy I know) but I just found your blog after I searched for one of the shirts I got in my Stitchfix box today! I love your style and feel a similar size as you; I’m curious which classic tee size seems to fit best for you? (Seriously, talk about keeping it real, thanks!!) I plan to browse your fashion posts some more to see where you shop; I’ve had 4 kids and am not fitting into anything in my closet so I’m off to learn from what others have done to find success!
