I was very much in the camp of, “No way am I going to like a ‘baseball-style’ tee on me. It’s just not my style… It’ll be too ‘sporty’ for me.” And then my friend Kelly was like, “Molly, stop. Just try it on.” And I’m all like, “Okay, fine.” Haha The things I do for a friend, RIGHT? 

Well, turns out I LOVE the way the sporty, baseball-style tee looks on me! And plus, when it’s such a gorgeous, fun, and girly print like this… you can’t help but feel great in it!

My approach to maternity clothing this pregnancy has been so different than it was when I was pregnant with Lilly. I think partly because when I was pregnant with Lilly, I couldn’t fit into my normal clothes almost right away. My body changed SO MUCH with her… but this pregnancy it’s just been so different! I can STILL, even now in my third trimester, wear some of my pre-pregnancy / non-maternity clothes.

And I think the other important thing is that I’ve been very conscious of investing in items that maybe are non-maternity, but can be worn during pregnancy AND after pregnancy… or I’ve just been more intentional and selective with my maternity wear.

In any event, I’m having a lot of fun trying different styles and different looks this go ’round. And since I’m spending the majority of my time chasing a two-year-old around, comfortable and casual maternity looks are what I find I reach for the most.
