More Fabulous Rafikis
You guys, thanks so much for showing the love to some of my awesome rafikis yesterday. Rafiki means friend in Swahili… you know – the monkey in the Lion King was named Rafiki. Anyway. As I shared with you guys yesterday, John and I would not have been able to make our mission trip happen this year if it weren’t for the support of our friends, family, strangers, AND some amazing bloggers.
I wanna introduce you guys to a few more of those AMAZING people who have supported our trip through sponsoring this blog of mine.
[MEET NICOLE of Radiant Cosmetics]
My name is Nicole Marett and I run a social enterprise makeup company that fights human trafficking called Radiant Cosmetics.
I’d love for you to visit my store and make a purchase or help spread the word, because purchasing from Radiant DOES make a difference. Not only do you get products that you will love, but we donate 20% of profits directly to an anti-trafficking organization that we are actively involved in running. Not only are you donating funds, but through our makeup your investing in the lives of women.

[MEET MEGHAN of Little Girl in the Big World]
1. How would you describe your style?
I would say I’m a mix between Anthropologie and J.Crew and that I wish I had enough money to shop at those places regularly. Instead I stock up at H&M, Old Navy, Target, and pick up a few essential pieces here and there at Anthro and JCrew.
2. When you’re in a movie theater, which arm rest is yours?
The one closest to Tim, my husband. I like to be close!
3. If you had a snail that could magically grant wishes, what would you name it?
Lewis
4. You have the choice to live with a hippopotamus who knows sign language or a wildebeast who sings lullabies, which do you choose?
I’d go with the lullaby singing wildebeast mostly because I don’t know sign language or use it regularly, and I wouldn’t mind being sung to sleep nightly.
5. Why should someone read your blog?
I write about a mix of topics, and I work hard to always make sure I’m being honest and somewhat interesting. I write about things and in a way that interest me, and I always try to stay positive. One of my favorite parts of blogging is building relationships with readers and writers of the blogs that I love.

[MEET BETH of Dot… in the City]
1. How would you describe your style?
I would describe my style as comfortable. I like to be somewhat fashionable, but comfort an functionality are a priority for me.
2. What is your biggest pet peeve?
I can’t stand it when the trash can is overflowing, even the slightest bit.
3. If you could have any super power what would it be?
I’ve always wanted to have the ability to be in two places at once. I’m not sure that’s an official super power, but it’s the one I always choose.
4. You have the choice to live with a squirrel who cites poetry or an elephant that gives great massages, which do you choose?
I would live with an elephant who gives great massages. I love a good massage!
5. Why should someone read your blog?
People should read my blog because I share some great tips and finds for how to decorate/renovate a home on a budget.
