Winter Fashion | Stripes, Chambray, & a Dash of Sparkle

I haven’t worn this blazer in AGES. It’s one of those clothing items that I bought, wore a couple times, and then has basically been sitting in my closet for a year. I’ve worn it a couple times on the blog (here and here), but for some unknown reason, I’ve had a REALLY hard time styling it.
I really don’t know why. And I really do love it. Which is why I’ve held onto it.
As I’ve mentioned before, I’ve been cleaning out my closet over the last few months and every time I land on this blazer, I can’t get rid of it. So, I’ve challenged myself to come up with more ways to wear it and style it.
I ended up REALLY liking this combo of the striped blazer, chambray, and my new favorite sparkle necklace.
So, here’s to remixing old wardrobe pieces in 2014!

I love the blazer! I could see how it could be hard to style, but at the same time, it is a statement piece and speaks for itself. Also, I want to thank you for posting outfits with your chambray shirt. I bought one a few months ago and I can always count on you for inspiration on how to wear it.
